Flash FXP is EXTREMELY easy to use, these simple instructions will teach you how to use it and download your VCD/TAPE:

1) Install Flash FXP

2) Once installed, you will see a lightning bolt on the top right hand side, click on it.

3) Once you click on that go under "quick connect"

4) You are now under the "quick connect" menu, under "server url" type the IP address you want to connect to.

5) Under the "port" area type the port of your account

6) Under User name type your "login" account that was given to you

7) Password is exactly what it says, type your password for the account you were given.

8) Now simply click on connect and it will log you on to your account, remember ALL ACCOUNTS are only valid for 3 days.

9) Now there are two large windows, on the left is your Hard drive, if you want the files to save in CERTAIN locations
go there by clicking on "parent directory" and find your IDEAL LOCATION.

10) On the right side is the VCD/TAPE you ordered to download them simply right click on the file and go to "transfer" if you
want to download more than one file, simply right click each file you want and click on "queue".

11) If you choose to queue files, they will appear on the bottom left hand of your screen, once your done QUEUEING all your files
click on the 1st file, right click it and click "transfer".  This will start download ALL the files in your QUEUE box.
